How to brew the tea

Measure
Put 100g of tea leaves into a pot, pour 4000 c.c. boil water then cover the lid.

Infuse
Steep the tea for 7-9 minutes based on your preferences.

Filter
Strain the tea leaves through a colander and pour into a thermos bucket.

Awake the tea
Fully release the flavor of the tea. Wait for 10 minutes to drop the temperature, then cover the lid.
