Tie Guan Yin oolong is originally a tea cultivar grown in Anxi County, Fujian Province, China. Nowadays, the name is referred to the roasting skills. It is widely used in the bubble tea stores because the roasting techniques makes the tea having a tangy smoky aroma and tastes smoothly in the mouth feel.

Measure

Put 100g of tea leaves into a pot, pour 4000 c.c. boil water then cover the lid.

Infuse

Steep the tea for 11-12 minutes based on your preferences.

Filter

Strain the tea leaves through a colander and pour into a thermos bucket.

Awake the tea

Fully release the flavor of the tea. Wait for 8 minutes to drop the temperature, then cover the lid.

Tea Shaking

Filled the ice cube into cocktail shaker, add the tea, then shake 8-10 times.
